Yesterday I lifted then did a cardio circuit later in the afternoon and oh man am I sore. One way I can tell I really worked out is how my shoulders are sore, it is not very common that they do. I miss training like this, but my knee surgery is coming up soon so after that hopefully everything will go back to normal where I can train as much as I want and not feel restricted by anything. Oh Man…. It is true, weight lifting and cardio really do put you in your place. Today was the first day in a while I did cardio circuit like I used to do in wrestling. And oh man was it intense!!!
