Yesterday I lifted then did a cardio circuit later in the afternoon and oh man am I sore. One way I can tell I really worked out is how my shoulders are sore, it is not very common that they do. I miss training like this, but my knee surgery is coming up soon so after that hopefully everything will go back to normal where I can train as much as I want and not feel restricted by anything. I would be lying if I said my back wasn’t sore from yesterday hahaha. I can also feel already how sore my chest will be tomorrow, Then dead lifts and squats are gonna kill my lower half tomorrow.
