Day 21: So my weight for today was 199.6, Ive lost 6.4 pounds since I started, not too bad. Ive been feeling a little hungry lately though, hopefully it will wear off here shortly. I ran out of fat free cheese!!!! I have to go to the store and get some more of that goodness!!!

Day 17: Today I went to the gym and got my arms done!! I added this arm workout to my program because I love it and its probably the best arm routine Ive seen and felt. Its really hard for me to get my biceps sore and feel like i got a good work out in. But this does the job.

Day 16: It FREAKIN worked!!! I went and got some fat free mozzarella cheese to put on my stuff, and my cravings are gone!!! Gods greatest invention!!! Fat free cheese!!! I had a chicken breast sandwich with my cheese on wheat bread and oh man!!! It was bomb!!! No cravings!!!

Day 14: So just chillen at work. I ate dinner around 8, had a turkey burger on wheat bread, and edamame beans. Not too bad ahh?? I feel like progress is coming pretty good, I felt pretty good today. Day 14: Just got off of work, gonna crash out for a few. Today is my chill/relax day, I get so bored on these days hahaha. I ended up having a cheat meal on thursday, I had my carne asada nachos. It was so good but then I felt so sick and bad after (I knew I shouldnt have done it hahaha). I am finally not hungry at work anymore!! (well at least not last night).
