Day 39: My abs are finally not sore anymore! What a relief!! But I did back today, pullups, rows, cable rows, and shrugs. Tomorrow I’m going to do chest and swim. My MRI for my knee should be coming anytime now. I just want to get this over with. I just clean my room/bathroom, feeling pretty productive. Not that this has anything to do with working out…. so yaaa hahaha
Day 36: Not gonna lie, but I’m sore as SHIT. I love when my muscles are sore, but I hate it when I’m at work. Especially when I have to pick people up because they “can’t” walk. Also having your abs being sore sucks cause I can feel them in everything I do. Tomorrow I’m gonna try to do chest before school if I can get some sleep tonight at work. Sleeping 4-5...

Day 37: Just got done with cardio for the day. Just did a circuit that included: Hitting the bag Jump rope abs bear crawls and other plyo exercies I’m pretty exhausted now, I have time to eat lunch, then nap, then go back to work!!! Lucky me!!! I’m just thankful that I have fitness in my life or i dunno what I would do haha

Day 33: SO today I had my ortho appointment and my DOC thinks I either have one of to things, I tear in my meniscus or cartilage built up around that area. But he thinks surgery is whats gonna have to happen to fix it. At this point I just want to get it fixed.
