I feel like I’ve really stepped up my fitness game in the last 8 weeks. I haven’t had a cheat meal in 3 weeks (some may not care but its a big deal to me). Every day is a challenge to stay on track from eating perfectly and getting every workout in. But I know it”ll all be worth it in the end. I can’t wait for whats to come. Oh by the way, did arms and abs today haha

Ive been so sore lately, sometimes I hate it and other times I fuckin love it! Gonna hit the gym at 7am then work for 24hr… Can’t wait. Foods all packed just have to get up n go
